How can I take care of my jewellery?

Although each piece is fit for daily wear, avoid showering, sleeping and excessively sweating in your jewellery. As many of the materials used are recycled from vintage items, this is the best way to ensure your pieces retain their natural colours and shine!

Can I return my jewellery?

Currently as a small business, it is very difficult to offer returns but we hope to change this in the near future. However, we will always be active to respond to any questions and queries you may have about your jewellery.

What should I do if my jewellery has not arrived?

We are very sorry to hear your jewellery is not with you. Please contact us as soon as possible via email or through Instagram so we can have a look.

What should I do if I like a piece of jewellery that is no longer sold?

Since each piece is only created once, it can be upsetting seeing a certain piece is already sold! Collections will be constantly released so we hope that you find something else you like in these, but if you are still after a particular design then something similar can be made as a Custom Jewellery Request.

What should I do if my jewellery has arrived damaged?

We are very sorry to hear that your jewellery has arrived damaged. Contact us via email or through Instagram as soon as possible to ensure the issue is resolved quickly!

What are Custom Jewellery Requests?

Specific jewellery designs and matching sets for occasions can be made upon request. Custom Jewellery Requests will be accepted 2-3 times per month depending on workload. If you would like to make a request, please join our waitlist to be accepted onto the scheme.
